Maggie Klintworth
Owner of Zenergy Pilates & Wellness, Certified Pilates Instructor, Physical Therapist

Maggie is a seasoned physical therapist and wellness entrepreneur with over twenty years of diverse professional experience, operating from North Canton, Ohio. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Cleveland State University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998, laying the foundation for a multifaceted career that spans acute care, outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings.

Throughout her career, Maggie has undertaken various roles, including Clinical Instructor, PRN therapist, and locum tenens provider, which have enabled her to deliver high-quality care across the state of Ohio. In 2021, she established Zenergy Pilates & Wellness, LLC, where she serves as the sole owner and operator. The studio features five reformer towers for Pilates-based exercise and a dedicated wellness room that offers a range of therapies, including Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and Massage Therapy.

Maggie's expertise extends beyond traditional physical therapy. As a nationally certified Pilates instructor, she integrates Physical Therapy principles with the Pilates method to create transformative wellness experiences. Her approach focuses on individualized care, empowering clients through movement and rehabilitation.

Maggie actively pursues professional development, engaging in extensive continuing education. Her specialized training includes muscle energy techniques, McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, myofascial manipulation, and chronic pain management strategies. Such commitment to learning has contributed to her recognition, including receiving the SCORE Small Business of the Year Award in 2023.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Maggie is an engaged member of the Canton Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of her local condominium association. Her influence extends further as a published writer, reflecting her commitment to sharing knowledge within and beyond her field.

Brian Murphy
Certified Pilates Instructor, Professional Ballet Dancer

Brian has over 20 years of experience in Pilates. He started his training in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with Michele Larson and became a certified instructor in 2001. Soon after, he opened his own studio in Akron, Ohio, where he gained a reputation for skilled teaching and caring for clients' wellness.

Brian believes in making Pilates versatile and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. His background as a professional dancer enhances his classes, blending core strength, alignment, and smooth movement. He creates personalized programs that improve strength, flexibility, and functional movement.

At Zenergy Pilates & Wellness, Brian teaches private and group sessions, fostering a welcoming environment that helps clients achieve their goals. His passion and expertise make him a valued member of the team.

Brian has also created his own method, PilatiBarre, which merges Pilates with Ballet Barre exercises. This balanced workout focuses on functional movement and stability, suitable for all ages and skill levels, showcasing his commitment to accessible and innovative fitness solutions.
