Join us at Zenergy Pilates & Wellness for an informative and educational presentation of CranioSacral Therapy (CST).

Presented by Sally Liner, Occupational Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Therapist, as well as a CranioSacral Practitioner, with extensive experience in holistic healing practices.
During this session, you’ll enjoy:
-An informative presentation on the principles and benefits of CST
-A chance to ask questions and engage in discussions
-Hands-on demonstrations to experience the light-touch techniques of CST
Light snacks will be provided. Attendees can enter a drawing for a complimentary or discounted session and take advantage of special promotional rates for future sessions.
